Decorbox website takes precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and off-line.
We collect information from you when you register on our site, place an order or fill out a form. When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you will be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number and delivery address. You may, however, visit our site anonymously and there is no need to create an account in order to make a purchase. We will never ask you to provide any financial information e.g. credit card numbers, bank account numbers, secret codes, passwords etc. on our website, by e-mail or phone.
To protect our customers from fraud attempts during direct payment by credit/debit cards our payment authority Raifeizen Bank uses an international payment system called 3D Secure, provided by VISA and Master Card. In this case the transaction is made trough BORICA secure website where you enter your card details and no part of it is seen or stored by us.
We also take measures to protect user information off-line. Access to the customer database is limited to those employees with a need to perform specific functions (such as shipping, order transaction, customer service and billing), and access is password protected. Decorbox is the sole owner of the information collected on decorbox.bg. We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. The information is used entirely and only by us, except in cases where we use third-party agents to perform certain functions, such as credit card processing, delivering packages, fulfilling orders, or analyzing data. In those cases, we provide only the information necessary for the performance of those specific functions. These companies are not authorized to retain, share, store, or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes. We will not sell, share or rent this information to any other entity for any reason. We use the information you give us to personalize the service to individual needs, to service customer requests, to respond to customer queries and other communications, and to improve our service generally.
The email address you provide for order processing, may be used to send you information and updates pertaining to your order, in addition to receiving occasional company news, updates, related product or service information, etc. after your confirmation on registration. If at any time you would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails you can do it by one of the two ways: 1. If you are a registered user go to MY ACCOUNT, uncheck the Subscribe for our newsletter field and push CHANGE button; 2. If you are not a registered user and subscribed trough NEWSLETTER subscription field on bottom of the website or in the right column on some of the pages, please go to http://www.decorbox.bg/en/user/login , enter your e-mail address in the NEWSLETTER field and push UNSUBSCRIBE button.
